Rourke’s diverse career journey reflects resilience and adaptability. Since he was a kid, he had a passion for real estate.  After attending Arizona State University, he followed that passion and began his commercial real estate career in Budapest, Hungary.  It was the mid 1990’s and he realized that Eastern Europe was an emerging market as the fall of communism just happened five years earlier.  Seizing on this opportunity, he relocated to Hungary and joined Colliers International’s Budapest office as a tenant representation specialist.  He focused on representing large multinational companies that wanted to expand into Hungary.  He represented Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, GE, Lucent Technologies, Vodafone, and many others.  After a three-year stint, he relocated back to Detroit and expanded into real estate development.  He was developing both residential and commercial properties and had started a land development company selling lots to a national home builder.  He developed for CVS, Walgreens and Ryan Homes to name a few.  After the 2008 real estate meltdown, he relocated to Miami and became heavily involved in the pharmacy industry.  He started an M&A company called T Crown Holdings, specializing in helping a national pharmacy chain expand their footprint through the acquisition of independent and local chain pharmacies.  He has been involved in all aspects of pharmacy from acquisitions to owning and operating pharmacies.  This led him to understand the rebate model in the pharmaceutical world where he contracts with hospitals, infusion center and other medical providers to recover rebates from the drug manufacturers. Despite the pharmacy related experience, he has simultaneously followed his true passion and kept his hand in various real estate developments and investments.  Beyond his professional commitments, Rourke’s adventurous spirit and love for skiing and snowboarding reveal his balanced lifestyle.
